MICHAEL MAYERS
SENIOR ASSOCIATE- ASSET MANAGEMENT

Before joining Systima, Michael spent over three years at KPMG working in the credit risk and securitization practice. While at KPMG, Michael helped in leading large CMBS engagements where he was responsible for recalculating commercial real estate collateral characteristics and performance metrics to test their integrity based on the review of legal, financial, and third-party data. Other duties included the analysis of deal specific offering documents and producing due diligence reports for clients. Prior to KPMG, he worked for nearly four years at Morgan Stanley with roles in commercial real estate lending operations and fraud operations. 

Michael received a B.S. in Finance and Management with distinction from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
