Livingston Place at Southern Ave., Washington, D.C.

We are pleased to announce the completion of Livingston Place at Southern Avenue. The first of its kind in Washington, D.C., the 152-unit Affordable Assisted Living Community LIHTC development for frail, elderly and disabled seniors will accept Medicaid reimbursements for low-income individuals. The development combines apartment-style housing with personal care and supportive services enabling residents to live more independently than in a nursing home setting.
